Exchange Terms
- Defective items due to brand error can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Photo evidence of the parcel (showing cover and damaged product) is required
- Exchanges are not allowed for different designs or patterns

Products Not Eligible for Exchange
- Used or worn items
- Items with stains, fraying, pilling, or tears caused by wear
- Laundered or damaged items after washing (fading, shrinkage not caused by manufacturing)
- Clearance or discounted defective items
Shipping Policy
If the defect is due to brand error, Snug as a Bug covers all exchange shipping costs.
If the defect is not due to brand error, the customer bears the shipping costs.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided under any circumstances. We offer exchanges only.
